“Van Gogh Meets The TARDIS”
Dimensions: 43,9cm x 33,1cm (18.8in x 13in)
Materials: Oil pastel
This was made in 2012 when the teacher in the drawing class asked us to reproduce an artwork by a famous artist with oil pastel. With that said the teacher also added that we not only should reproduce it, we also had to add a weird object somewhere in the reproduction.
In the end, I choose “The Staring Night” by Van Gogh and added then the TARDIS too. (I’d seen something like this before on the internet and at the time I thought this was a good idea, also because of the Van Gogh’s ep in Doctor Who… It was a cool idea!)
