This was a school assignment. The idea was to inspire ourselves on Andy Warhol’s work. I choose John Lennon’s portrait made by Andy Warhol to create this work by using a picture of myself. So yep, that person you see… Daz me! Rad, ah?
This work doesn’t add anything because it was made in Photoshop (which was the easiest work ever) the only thing that this work added for me was not the knowledge of how to work with the program ( because I already knew how to work with it) but the love I gained towards Pop Art. I used to dislike it for no reason… I just didn’t appreciate it at all, but thanks to this assignment I grew fond of it, I love it now! Also I began to understand a bit better the concept behind all of that which was a great win for me.
The second image that you see was created just for the fun of it. And I entitled it: Pop Art Painel - The Void
